1. Free Tier

The free tier of myai.meme allows up to 5 meme generations per day at no cost. No payment information is required for the free tier. You may use the free tier indefinitely without any obligation.

2. Pro Subscription

The myai.meme Pro subscription is a monthly recurring plan that provides unlimited meme generations and removal of the watermark from generated images. The subscription renews automatically each month.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Contact us at contact@myai.meme with your registered email address
  • We will process your cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your request

4. Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier (5 memes/day, with watermark)
  • Your previously generated memes will remain accessible regardless of your subscription status

5. Refund Policy

As the Service delivers digital content immediately upon payment:

  • Within 48 hours of first payment: If you are unsatisfied with the Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial payment. Contact us at contact@myai.meme.
  • After 48 hours: No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Renewal charges: Refunds are not provided for renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

6. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests outside the above policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outage preventing use of Pro features
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Service for an extended period

Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
